Once fall rolls around, my first impulse is to give myself a much needed break — a mental break from the daily grind, always being in go mode, eating the same food day in and day out, and a physical break from working out. But whenever that mindset starts to set in, I put extra energy into staying on track, mind and body, because I’ve learned from personal experience that keeping your health and wellness top of mind (even when it’s the last thing you want to do) goes a long way to not only boost your overall health, but also your self-confidence.
