Fashion month has almost come to a close, and whilst we told you all about the most extra moments of New York Fashion Week, London and then Milan Fashion Week, here are the ones everyone is talking about across the channel.
Maria Grazia Chiuri set the sustainable agenda
For her Dior SS20 collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri focused on sustainability. True to form, for her ready-to-wear collection, she took to the archives for inspiration, in particular, the original miss Dior aka Catherine Dior, Christian Dior’s sister, and her love of gardening and flowers.

For the set, a magical forest that gave us the impression of being suspended in time, she collaborated with Coloco (a collective of botanists, gardeners and urban landscapers) to install trees, that will then continue their journey after the show, joining several long-term sustainability projects in the Paris region, to reinforce wooded areas.
Lanvin closed its show with Naomi

You can always count on Lanvin to bring the wow factor to Paris Fashion Week. With a scintillating Eiffel Tower as its backdrop, even torrential rain couldn’t dampener the runway. Celebs such as Zoe Kravitz, Catherine Deneuve and Rami Malek looked on as models sashayed down in glittering tuxedos and see-through dresses adorned with gold embroidery. To round things off rather nicely, Naomi closed the show like only she can.
