Emma Roberts opens up about mental health following rumoured separation from husband

https://ift.tt/3mStoxQgE

The couple have a one-year-old son together called Rhodes.

It’s rumoured that actress Emma Roberts has separated from her partner of three years Garrett Hedlund in the last few months and, speaking to Tatler magazine for the first time since the rumours broke, she’s opened up about her mental health.

Saying that her life has changed drastically recently, she spoke with positivity about the future and of her feelings about turning 30.

“My life has changed more in the past two years than it did in the 28 years beforehand,” she said. “I’m at a place where I can say, ‘I may not have got everything right but I like who I am more than I ever have’.”

She continued: “I love where I’m standing now at the age of 30.”

The couple have a one-year-old son together called Rhodes and met in 2019. At current, neither have spoken publically about the rumors, and reps for both parties have denied the opportunity to comment.

E! Online reported that Garret was arrested for public intoxication on the same day that he and Emma called time on their marriage, but again, whether or not this is true is at this point in time speculation.

During her Tatler cover interview, Emma chose not to comment when asked about her relationship.

She did, however, chat in detail about her own endometriosis diagnosis two years ago and her fertility struggles when trying to fall pregnant with her son.

When she was diagnosed and told her condition could affect her fertility, she said she “felt the heaviness of the moment,” but then went on to conceive naturally.

The American Horror Story and Wild Child star also spoke about her hopes for raising her son, detailing some non-negotiables. “I definitely think about how I can help him be the utmost gentleman. I want him to be respectful and intelligent at school but also in life… I want him to feel that there’s nothing he couldn’t ask or tell me.”

The 30-year-old added: “What it means to be a man is being rewritten right now and I hope my contribution to the world can be raising an amazing boy who turns into an amazing man.”

Our thoughts are with Emma and her family at this difficult time.

Here's everything to know about Prince William and Kate Middleton's exciting moving plans

https://ift.tt/bHjAifQ6O

The Cambridges are undoubtedly the most talked-about family in the world, with the Duke and Duchess’ roles elevated over the past couple of troubling years.

The family of five has not only become more senior but more visible, splitting their time between their three official residences.

Kensington Palace’s ‘Apartment 1A’ (more like a four-storey mansion) is their most known abode, with the Duke and Duchess moving in back in 2017. And while their other residences are more private, the family also frequently visits its homes in Norfolk and Balmoral, Anmer Hall and Tam-Na-Ghar, respectively.

This week however it was reported that the Cambridges were considering a relocation to Windsor, allowing the family to get out of busy London while remaining close to the capital.

“Neither William or Kate have ever been London people and have never enjoyed the chaos of the city,” Royal expert Katie Nicholl told OK! Magazine. “Whilst their home at Kensington Palace is highly secure, they have often felt overlooked and that they lacked privacy. The older their children get, the more apparent this has become. They love being at Anmer. But they need a base that is close to the capital so they can easily return for public engagements and events. Windsor seems like the ideal situation.”

She continued: “The castle is huge in itself and is the Queen’s permanent residence now but there are other housing options for them. Everything is on the table and up for the discussion.”

There is even reported to be a Windsor property that they are considering – Fort Belvedere, known as the Queen’s forgotten castle, or ‘The Fort’ within the fold.

According to The Mirror, the castle which was originally built for Prince William Augustus between 1750 and 1755, is located in Windsor Great Park and has been set aside for Kate and Wills.

Well, this is exciting.

Princess Charlene is reportedly under huge pressure to 'follow in Grace Kelly's footsteps'

Princess Charlene is one of the most talked-about women in the world, and from her marriage to Prince Albert of Monaco to her days as an Olympic swimmer, she never fails to get the world talking.

It is her health issues that have made her headlines recently, with Princess Charlene only recently returning to Monaco after being grounded in South Africa for six months due to a ‘medical emergency’.

Within days of returning home however, Princess Charlene was admitted to a treatment facility where she remains for the time being.

People reported that Princess Charlene ‘is receiving treatment in a facility outside of Monaco’, with Prince Albert explaining that his wife is suffering with ‘profound exhaustion, both emotional and physical.’

‘[Her return] went pretty well in the first few hours, and then it became pretty evident that she was unwell,’ Prince Albert explained. ‘She was clearly exhausted, physically and emotionally. She was overwhelmed and couldn’t face official duties, life in general or even family life.’

According to royal experts, Princess Charlene has been under a great deal of pressure, something her title only adds to, with commentator Brittani Barger telling Express.co.uk: ‘Princess Charlene, being the Princess of Monaco and having to follow Grace Kelly in her footsteps, that’s a lot of pressure for anyone.’

Our thoughts are with Princess Charlene as she recovers.

Bridgerton actress Nicola Coughlan shares candid post asking people to stop commenting on her body

https://ift.tt/rPjU4MZH2

"I am just one real-life human being and it’s really hard"

Excited about Bridgerton season two? Us too.

In celebrity news this week, actress Nicola Coughlan – who plays Penelope Featherington in the hit Netflix show – has shared an emotive post on social media compelling fans to think before they comment on her body.

Writing to her 1.2 million followers, she shared that as a “real-life human being”, she finds it hard to read as many messages as she gets commenting on how she looks all the time.

“So just a thing – if you have an opinion about my body please, please don’t share it with me,” she said. “Most people are being nice and not trying to be offensive but I am just one real life human being and it’s really hard to take the weight of thousands of opinions on how you look being sent directly to you every day.”

She went on: “If you have an opinion about me that’s ok, I understand I’m on TV and that people will have things to think and say but I beg you not to send it to me directly ❤”.

Finishing the post on a positive, she concluded: “Anyways here’s a pic of me in my hotel in NY about to go to SNL, it’s unrelated to this post but delighted with my hair in it.”

The 35-year-old is also known for her role as Clare Devlin in Derry Girls.

This comes after years of the actress asking fans to have more compassion for those working in the public eye and to stop being “reductive” about how women look.

Last year, she Tweeted: “Can we please stop asking women about their weight in interviews, especially when it’s completely irrelevant.”

“Every time I’m asked about my body in an interview it makes me deeply uncomfortable and so sad I’m not just allowed to just talk about the job I do that I so love,” she went on. “It’s so reductive to women when we’re making great strides for diversity in the arts, but questions like that just pull us backward.”

“I mean this in the nicest way possible, I’m not a body positivity activist, I’m an actor. I would lose or gain weight if [it was] an important role requirement. My body is the tool I use to tell stories, not what I define myself by.”

Concluding her message, Nicola said it would be “nice” if “we didn’t have to keep having this conversation,” adding that she would “really love to never be asked about it [her body] in an interview again.”

Hear, hear. 👏

Curious about Omega 3? Your guide to the health benefits, plus how to get more of it in your diet

https://ift.tt/xDkh1fso0

From boosting brain health to reducing inflammation

Omega 3: a womans hand holding some supplements

You’ll have heard of Omega 3 –  a polyunsaturated fat that poses several health benefits. Normally emblazoned on food packaging and available in supplement form as cod liver oil capsules, chances are, you’ve only got a vague idea what the benefits of Omega 3 really are.

We’ve bought you guides to vitamin D foods, vitamin D recipes, and the pros of eating a vegan diet. Next up? To find out more about this nutrient and how to get enough of it in your diet, Dr. Vegan’s consultant nutritionist Shona Wilkinson shares her knowledge.

Omega 3 benefits: your guide

Wilkinson explains that Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid required by the body to make something called prostaglandins series 3, otherwise known as anti-inflammatory hormones. “Omega 3 oils are an integral part of cell membranes throughout the body and affect the function of the cell receptors in these membranes,” she explains.

The beneficial compounds of Omega 3 are EPA and DHA, which your body then converts. The downside is that an estimated 90% of the population are poor at converting ALA into EPA and DHA, and so we need to consume a considerable amount to really seek the benefits,” she explains.

Some of the key benefits of Omega 3 include:

1. Improved brain health

Omega 3 – in particular, the DHA part of omega 3 – helps our brains function normally.

“Research shows that fish oils may help low mood, reduce anxiety, support memory and protect our brain cells, although these claims have not been officially approved yet,” explains Wilkinson.

Omega 3: repeated pills

2. Improved cardiovascular health

Omega 3 can also help protect you against heart-related concerns such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol levels.

“For this benefit, your intake of DHA should be at a minimum of 2g per day, plus the source should also have some EPA,” explains the expert.

3. Reduced inflammation

Research confirms that the Omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil can help reduce inflammation.

“Studies are being done to examine the link between Omega 3 and improved rheumatoid arthritis, gut-related inflammatory conditions such as ulcerative colitis, hormonal imbalances, dry eye syndrome, and inflammation after intense exercise, as well as healing and repair,” she goes on.

Read our guides to gut health and gut health hacks, here.

Omega 3: a bottle of olive oil

4. Absorbtion of other nutrients

Did you know? Omega 3 also helps us to absorb other fat-soluble nutrients, like Vitamin A, D, E and K.

The consumption of fish also provides you with a good source of protein.

5. Improved eye health

Particularly important for kids, consuming Omega 3 daily contributes to the normal development of visual health in infants up to the age of one.

What happens if you don’t get enough Omega 3?

Wilkinson explains that, although the signs are not always obvious, omega 3 deficiency can show in the form of:

  • Dry skin
  • Poor memory
  • Poor cardiovascular health
  • Poor eyesight.

10 foods to help you include more Omega 3 in your diets

You can get Omega 3 through supplements made from either fish oil or algae (it’s a good vegan source, FYI). Not a fan of supplements? There are plenty of ways to get Omega 3 through the foods you eat, too.

Try the following:

1. Chia seeds

Chia seeds contain ALA – they’ll need to be converted in the body – but, fun fact: you can get 17,552mg of omega 3 per 100g.

“This may seem like a lot, but we first need to convert it into EPA and DHA, plus an average serving of chia seeds in a chia pudding is 30g,” explains the expert.

2. Mustard seed oil

Mustard seed oil contains a whopping 5,900mg of ALA per 100g. “Use on salads or straight off the spoon.”

Omega 3: avocado

3. Oregano

There’s 4,180mg ALA in 100g of dried leaf Oregano.

Try this: Add it to dishes for a flavourful meal – but do note, 100g is a lot of oregano for one meal (aka, too much).

4. Oily fish

Fish is one of the best things to eat to up your intake of Omega 3.

“Salmon contains 2,018mg Omega 3 per 100g, Mackerel 1,422mg per 100g and herring 2,218mg per 100g,” explains the expert.

Opt for: 100g of fish is for the average portion size. Try to buy wild fish where possible, too, as it tends to contain fewer contaminants.

Omega 3: seeds

5. Walnuts and walnut oil

A great source of Omega 3? Walnuts. They contain 2,006mg of Omega 3 per 100g. “The oil contains 10,401mg per 100g, and is great to use as a salad dressing,” she advises. Although, again, note: do avoid cooking with it as it can denature the structure.

6. Oysters

Fun fact: oysters contain 601mg of Omega 3 per 100g. That’s one large Omega hit.

7. Spinach

Containing 371mg of Omega 3 per 100 grams, spinach is a leafy green worth adding to your diet.

“I recommend trying creamed spinach, a delicious Romanian recipe made with spinach, garlic, and milk,” she explains.

Omega 3: avocado and salmon

8. Chinese broccoli

Containing 258mg of omega 3 per 100g, Chinese broccoli is different from English broccoli but equally as tasty. “Try adding it into a stir fry for a Chinese twist or eating it raw with a dip,” Wilkinson advises.

9. Sesame seeds

Sesame seeds are delicious added to cooking or eaten as Tahini in dips such as hummus, plus they contain 236mg of omega 3 per 100g.

10. Flax seeds and flax oil

Finally, flax seeds contains 27g of Omega 3 per 100g, while the oil contains 45.26g per 100mg.

Try this: “Use the oil as a dressing on salads but again, avoid cooking with it,” she advises.

Kate Middleton had an effective trick for when other women would flirt with Prince William

https://ift.tt/lXRkfFJpc

The Cambridges are undoubtedly the most talked-about family in the world, with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis entertaining the public on the regular.

Despite her children’s popularity, it is the Duchess of Cambridge and her ‘aura of perfection’ that still make the most headlines ever since joining the royal fold in 2011.

This week however, it was her pre-royal days that got the world talking, as it emerged that before she became Prince William’s wife, she was actually his wing woman.

Yes, really.

Before Kate and Wills became an item, they were close friends at St. Andrews university, and according to reports, the now Duchess used to swoop in and save Prince William when he was being pursued on nights out.

A friend of the couple, Laura Warshauer, recently opened up about one particular moment when an uncomfortable William was being flirted with a student party and was struggling to get away.

Speaking to royal expert Katie Nicholl for her book Kate: The Future Queen, she recalled: ‘Will was getting really hit on by this girl at a party and it was getting quite uncomfortable because he couldn’t shake her off. He was being really polite, but this girl just didn’t get the hint. All of a sudden Kate came up behind him and put her arms around him. He said “Oh, sorry, but I’ve got a girlfriend”, and he and Kate went off giggling.’

According to Warshauer, Prince William was extremely grateful, mouthing ‘thanks so much’ to her as they left.

‘Kate was the only girl in the room who could have done that,’ she went on to explain. ‘And that was just a month after we started university.’

These two!

Princess Charlene reportedly tried to escape Monaco three times in the run up to her wedding to Prince Albert

https://ift.tt/fulBw9n82

The couple tied the knot in July 2010.

Princess Charlene is one of the most talked-about women in the world, and from her marriage to Prince Albert of Monaco to her days as an Olympic swimmer, she never fails to get the world talking.

It is her health issues that have made her headlines recently, with Princess Charlene only just returning to Monaco after being grounded in South Africa for six months due to a ‘medical emergency’.

Within days of returning home however, Princess Charlene was admitted to a treatment facility.

Prince Albert has quashed all rumours of marital problems that their separation has prompted, insisting that the issue is not their relationship but her health.

This is of course not the first time the couple’s relationship has caused controversy, with reports resurfacing this week that Princess Charlene apparently tried to escape three times before their wedding.

Getty Images

According to reports, Princess Charlene tried to escape Monaco three times in the run-up to their July wedding, but was stopped every time.

The first attempt reportedly took place after news broke that Prince Albert had a love child conceived during his relationship with Charlene.

The now Princess of Monaco was reportedly at a bridal gown fitting in Paris when the news broke the May before their wedding, and according to Le Journal du Dimanche, she ‘took refuge’ in the South African embassy.

The second and third alleged attempts reportedly took place in Monaco, the first during the 2010 Grand Prix and apparently resulting in her passport being confiscated by Prince Albert’s entourage.

The third alleged escape attempt reportedly took place two days before their July wedding. According to Le Journal du Dimanche, Princess Charlene booked a one-way ticket home to South Africa but was intercepted on her way to Nice and persuaded to stay for the three-day wedding.

While the couple did tie the knot in a lavish three-day wedding (apparently costing around £53 million), the press reported that Princess Charlene cried openly throughout the day.

There are even reports that the couple spent their wedding night in separate rooms, with Charlene’s guarded.

‘None of this is true, and we think it comes from utter jealousy,’ The Palace responded in a statement via People at the time.

We will continue to update this story.

Emma Roberts wanted to forge her own successful acting career - not just follow in aunt Julia Roberts' footsteps

https://bit.ly/3rc314j

Emma Roberts is often associated to as Julia Roberts’ niece, or the daughter of Stalked By My Doctor actor Eric Roberts.

However, the We’re The Millers star didn’t “aspire” to be like her famous relatives, and was determined to pave her own way in the film industry when she was a child.

Asked if she felt a pressure to follow in the footsteps of the Pretty Woman star, she told Tatler magazine: “I never aspired to be her. I love her so much, I love her work, but I’m just doing my own thing”.

Emma – who made her acting debut in Blow aged 9 years old –  believes experiencing the highs and lows of the business at an early age helped to prepare her for her career, and grow her “thick skin”.

Julia Roberts

Emma Roberts loves her famous aunt Julia Roberts, but wanted to be a successful actor in her own right

The 30-year-old shared: “I felt so much rejection at such a young age that it created a thick skin around me. If I’d started acting at 20, the rejection would have cut much deeper. When you’re 12, there’s still this magical wonderment to the whole process, whereas when things don’t go your way later on, you think it’s a deep reflection of you. I didn’t realise back then that I was in control of my life.”

Though Emma knew at a young age she wanted to pursue a career as an actor, she has her sights set on something even bigger – her production company Belletrist.  The star hopes her latest venture can not only shift the stereotype around her and the movies she is cast in, but open doors for fellow actors too.

She explained: “I always wanted to be involved in [film and TV] projects in a more creative way and now I’m doing it. I can decide who I want to be around, for how long and in what capacity… This stuff didn’t even occur to me until my mid-twenties.

“[Belletrist] is a place I can create roles for myself that I don’t see out there. I’m also casting people in roles that they might otherwise not be seen in. My favourite parts have been ones that people don’t expect – when [the writer, director and producer] Ryan Murphy cast me in American Horror Story, for example. People saw me as this nice, teen girl and I couldn’t get older, edgier roles at the time. He gave me that opportunity and I’d love to do that for others.”

The Queen has launched her own line of condiments - with a hefty price tag

https://bit.ly/3J4d8hJ

ST AUSTELL, ENGLAND - JUNE 11: Queen Elizabeth II attends an event in celebration of The Big Lunch initiative at The Eden Project during the G7 Summit on June 11, 2021 in St Austell, Cornwall, England. UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, hosts leaders from the USA, Japan, Germany, France, Italy and Canada at the G7 Summit. This year the UK has invited India, South Africa, and South Korea to attend the Leaders' Summit as guest countries as well as the EU. (Photo by Oli Scarff - WPA Pool / Getty Images)

The Queen has launched her very own exclusive brand of condiments, complete with tomato sauce and brown sauce.

The popular sauces will be exclusive to buy at her Sandringham estate in Norfolk, but it is unknown if other stockists may take on the royal sauces.

The Queen’s Tomato Sauce and Brown Sauce both come in a glass jar, which are printed with a Royal Estate label on, as well as vibrant illustrations of some of the ingredients inside, in images obtained by the MailOnline.

Both releases are “ideal for breakfast or any time of the day”, as stated on the label.

The Tomato Sauce has been given a little upgrade to the classic creations, as it is “lightly spiced”, but is also fruity.

The details on the Tomato Sauce bottle reads: “A real family favourite, packed full of tomato and lightly spiced, this ketchup is delightful. Vibrant and fruity, this ketchup can be enjoyed any time of the day, perfect to add flavour to a dish.”

While the brown sauce has that extra twang, thanks to the addition of vinegar and spices.

The label on this condiment reads: “A tomato based sauced packed with vinegar and spices.”

The 95-year-old British monarch’s sauces are on sale for a hefty £6.99 for 295g, which is over 10 times more than a bottle of Sainsbury’s own brand ketchup, which retails for 60p, and almost four times dearer than a 342g bottle of Heinz ketchup with a £1.75 price tag.

Though Her Majesty’s latest venture may seem a little out of the blue, it has been reported she is quite the foodie, and enjoys classic British meals, such as fish and chips when she stays at Balmoral, and is partial to a scone – with jam first, of course.

A source previously told Fabulous: “She very occasionally treats herself to fish and chips when at Balmoral.

“A footman is dispatched to get it from the local town of Ballater.”

While the Queen’s former chef, Darren McGrady, used to recreate his own takeaways for the royal family.

“It always tickled me at Balmoral, we would make our own burgers. They would shoot deer, and we would do venison burgers. There’d be gorgeous cranberry and everything stuffed into them, but we never set buns out”, the culinary mastermind previously told the Mail Online

Halle Berry is more content with life in her 50s than ever before, thanks to her children and boyfriend Van Hunt

https://bit.ly/3G6kBdX

shag haircut Halle Berry
Halle Berry is often pictured with shaggy layers and a fringe, but this is how to make the cut work in an up-do. Let short layers at the crown tumble down and curtain any fringing. This frames the face and softens any harshness in having hair tied back – wispy fringes become elegant.

Halle Berry has insisted she is happier in her fifties than ever before, but it hasn’t all been smooth sailing.

The Catwoman actress has gone through the peaks and troughs of balancing her work, family and love life, to try and find a happy medium, with various decades dedicated to career commitments or raising her family, which we can all relate to.

Speaking to AARP magazine, the 55-year-old said: “In my 30s, I was so focused on career, but I had a desire to have children and be a mother. So I felt I was lacking something.

“In my 40s, I took the decade to be at home and have children and be a mom. But my career was lacking — I longed to be back at work.

“Now, in my 50s I’ve got my babies, my career, and finally have love in a real, meaningful way. For the first time in my life, everything is firing on all cylinders.”

The Bruised star has now found that balance, and is concentrating on her daughter Nahla, 13, and son Maceo, eight, her “new amazing love” Van Hunt, and his children.

Halle and Van, 51, went official with their relationship in 2020, and have already had a “commitment ceremony”, which she has insisted is not a marriage, officiated by son Maceo.

Speaking about the special moment, the award-winning Hollywood icon shared: “My son, Maceo, of his own volition did this little commitment ceremony for us in the back seat of the car. I think he finally sees me happy, and it’s infectious. It was his way of saying, This is good. I like this. This makes me happy.

“I have two children with two different fathers. Van has a son. As a mum living this modern, blended family, all I care about is that my kids are OK with the decisions I’m making.”

While the coronavirus pandemic may have been a strain for most across the globe, Halle and Van found it brought them closer together, as they met the year the whole world went into a strict lockdown.

“Because of COVID, we spent four months talking on the phone. We were forced to only let our brains connect and discover if we had a connection before our bodies decided to get involved.

“I fell in love with him before I even met him”, she shared.

Opening up about the reality of romances, Halle – who was previously married to Olivier Martinez, Eric Benet and David Justice – said: “Women get stuck in relationships. We want to make it work; we want to fix it.

‘Then we often jump into a new relationship to heal from the old one, and we’re just rebounding and never taking the time to grow and take care of ourselves first.

“[Now] I’ve found my person.”

Lily James reveals gruelling fitness regime, prosthetics mishap and the Pamela Anderson trait she won’t shake

https://bit.ly/3rVhOPQ

Lily James - balayage
Adam Reed says: 'This is a bright, natural blonde that is not too cool or warm with golden highlights throughout. The best way to maintain a gold tone is to go back into salon every six weeks for a toner treatment. Create an effortless look to match this balayage by curling hair and brushing through it a wide-tooth comb to make loose, beachy waves.'

Lily James is set to appear in the upcoming series Pam&Tommy alongside Sebastian Stan, which depicts their love story and the demise of their romance after a sex tape was leaked.

In the lead to the official release date on Hulu on February 2, Lily, 32, and Sebastian, 39, shared behind the scenes pictures of their impressive costumes, which had us all double take they resembled the real life couple, Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee, that much.

However, the Cinderella star has revealed preparing for the series wasn’t as easy as it seemed, as she undertook rigorous fitness training for six months to lose weight, sat in hair and make-up for hours on end even before filming over 18 hours a day in the scorching LA heat began.

Speaking to Entertainment Weeklyshe said: “I worked with this amazing trainer, Matt Bevan, who worked with Daisy Ridley as well. He worked me so hard and I got really fit. I lost a tonne of weight. I’ve put it all back on again though, unfortunately. But I felt really athletic, which I hadn’t done for a long time and there was great confidence that came from that. I feel less self-conscious on a beach now. It was really wonderful to feel like that, to feel so in my own body. It was really tough though, but it was rewarding.”

Her fitness regime often involved multi-tasking; reading her script while running. Now that’s no mean feat, if you ask us.

“He would make me do all my work and reading my script on a running machine. And I did boxing with a really cool guy in LA, which I love too, being physically strong like I could literally beat someone up”, she added.

Then the filming prep turned to hair, make-up and prosthetics, to really resemble the Baywatch actor.

Lily continued: “I was in the makeup chair at 3:30 a.m., and there would be this four-hour process to get me into the Pamela look. Eyes, wig, teeth, there was just a whole process.

“We explored tons of different prosthetics like nose, chin, eyebrows, forehead, but in the end we stripped it back as much as possible.  We didn’t want there to be too much of a barrier between me and my expressions.”

Perfecting the prosthetics also meant creating a fuller bust.  But after some near misses wearing the false piece, Lily decided it had to go.

She said: “The breast piece was amazing.  In the end, because it took so long to put on, I didn’t wear it as much as I wanted to.

“It would be boiling hot — I got really sweaty and my boobs were coming off.”

While Lily has admitted at times she found it hard to shake her impression of Pamela’s voice off-screen, she has taken a leaf – or two – out of the 54-year-old actor’s books by wearing a blonde wig, and her love for a manicure.

“I bought myself a blond wig and I wore it out and about. I was going to CVS in my blonde wig.

“I still wear my long nails. They stayed.”
