I’ve really cherished these past three weeks easing into motherhood again with a newborn, taking things slowly at home and recuperating after childbirth. But now that my body is getting back into its usual rhythms, I’m looking forward to returning to one of my favorite weekly rituals — going to the gym!
As I’ve mentioned before, how I dress for my workouts impacts my confidence level. If I feel good going to the gym, I’m more likely to give exercising my all than if I show up feeling frumpy or undone. So I’ve been shopping for some new workout gear to boost my motivation for when I get back in the gym next month! There are some amazing new pieces out there — here are some of my favorites.
